Job summary

Mega Recruitment partners with a leading Tier 1 architecture and design practice in Sydney to appoint a Graduate Architect. The role targets candidates with 4+ years post-graduation experience, strong conceptual thinking and a passion for complex education projects.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, clients and consultants, contributing to project initiation, design development and delivery while growing through diverse responsibilities and flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Ability to think conceptually and communicate ideas clearly.
• Experience with design development and producing architectural drawings.
• Willingness to learn software relevant to tasks including BIM and CAD.
• Interest in Rhino/Grasshopper or similar parametric tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project initiation, exploration and design development.
• Contribute to design propositions and translate concepts into plans.
• Document progress in competency matrix and learn new tools.
