Insight Timer is seeking a Senior or Lead Analytics Engineer to turn questions from product and leadership into experiments, data models and insights that help millions of users. This hands-on role has a lot of ownership: you’ll measure experiments, own data ingestion and metrics, build self-serve analytics, and mentor other engineers while raising the bar for the analytics platform across the company.

Responsibilities

• A/B test analysis and interpretation for product decisions.
• Analytics delivery turning questions into clear, prioritized answers.
• Data ingestion, modelling and metrics ownership with clean datasets.
• Build self‑serve analytics tooling and semantic layers for scalability.
• Product and revenue analysis to understand user life cycle and conversions.
• Mentoring and leadership to grow the analytics engineering team.
• Clear communication of data insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
