Job summary

MYOB is seeking a Principal AI Experience Designer to shape how customers perceive and trust AI within MYOB products. You’ll drive the AI experience strategy, align design leaders, and evolve UX/UI and service patterns to be intelligent, human, and cohesive.

You’ll connect brand, product, data and design systems to bring AI to life in ethical and useful ways, guiding teams through ambiguity and reframing complex workflows for users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading UX/UI/product design for AI-enabled products.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery.
• Strong ability to connect customer insights, data and design to business outcomes.
