PC Ability Pty Ltd is launching a January 2027 intake for new graduate Occupational Therapists within the NDIS framework. The role focuses on mentoring, multimodal learning, and developing core assessment and report-writing skills.

You can choose caseload focus on paediatrics, adults, or both, with structured clinical supervision and flexible mentoring to grow into a confident therapist. The program offers relocation support, admin assistance, the latest equipment, hybrid working arrangements,

Qualifications

• OT qualification with eligibility for full AHPRA registration.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Current driver licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement provided).
• Strong time management and verbal/written communication skills.
• Honesty, integrity and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to achieve participant outcomes.
• Assess participants' functional capacity through clinical assessments.
• Provide evidence-based support to increase life skills and independence.
• Conduct assessments and recommend environmental adaptations and assistive technology.
