Procare Group is seeking a new graduate Occupational Therapist for its January 2027 intake in NSW. The role involves managing caseloads, delivering NDIS therapy services, and contributing to multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• Eligible for full AHPRA registration.
• NDIS worker screening and police clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Current driver's licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to achieve outcomes.
• Assess participants' functional capacity through clinical assessments.
• Provide evidence-based support to increase life skills and independence.
• Conduct assessments and recommend environmental adaptations and assistive technology.
