Job summary

PC Ability, part of The Procare Group, is seeking a January intake New Graduate Occupational Therapist to begin in NSW under the NDIS program with mentorship and structured development. You will engage in multimodal learning, focusing on assessment and report writing, with clinical supervision and timely feedback.

Join us to manage a caseload, complete assessments, and design therapy plans while learning to adapt environments through assistive technology.

Qualifications

• Eligible for full AHPRA registration.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC.
• Current driver licence with vehicle (reimbursement available).
• Excellent time management and verbal/written communication.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs.
• Assess functional capacity through clinical assessments.
• Provide evidence-based supports to increase life skills and independence.
• Assess environments and recommend adaptations including assistive tech.
