Job summary

The Procare Group, via PC Ability, is recruiting a New Graduate Occupational Therapist for the January intake in Sydney. You’ll join a supportive team under the Procare Group umbrella, receiving extensive mentoring, structured supervision, and multimodal learning focused on assessment, report writing, and NDIS knowledge.

Role offers hybrid working arrangements, relocation support, equipment including laptop and mobile, and professional development opportunities with a generous remuneration

Qualifications

• Eligible for full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Current driver licence and vehicle (reimbursement for use).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to meet outcomes.
• Assess participants' functional capacity through clinical assessments.
• Provide evidence-based support to increase life skills and independence.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to adapt environments, including assistive technology.
