Job summary

Procare Group is seeking a January 2027 intake New Graduate Occupational Therapist to support NDIS participants. You will join a structured mentoring program with clinical supervisors and a fixed caseload mix, with hybrid work and relocation support offered.

The role focuses on building core assessment and report-writing skills, with opportunities to specialise in paediatrics or adults within a supportive team and a rapid induction pathway.

Qualifications

• Eligible for full AHPRA registration.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Current driver licence and vehicle (reimbursement available)

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to meet outcomes.
• Assess participants’ functional capacity through clinical assessments.
• Provide evidence-based support to increase life skills and independence.
• Conduct assessments and recommend environmental adaptations and assistive technologies.
