PC Ability, part of the Procare Group, invites Occupational Therapists to join our Brisbane team. We welcome new graduates and those with limited NDIS experience, offering mentoring, supervision, and a clear path to full AHPRA registration.

You will manage participant caseloads, design therapy programs, and apply evidence-based approaches to improve life skills and independence, with hybrid working and ongoing PD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Eligible for full AHPRA registration.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Current driver licence and vehicle (reimbursement provided).
• Strong time management and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to achieve participant outcomes.
• Assess participants' functional capacity through clinical assessments.
• Provide evidence-based support services to increase life skills and independence.
• Conduct assessments and recommendations to adapt environments with assistive technology.
