Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co is opening a brand new venue in Perth CBD at Brookfield Place in late December 2026. You will be the Assistant Venue Manager, supporting the Venue Manager to launch and run the new site with 24 taps and partner wines, delivering exceptional hospitality.
You’ll lead shifts, train Front-of-House staff, and help manage rostering, wages, stock, and wastage while delivering great service across lunch and dinner services.
Qualifications
- Experience as supervisor or assistant manager in busy bar, pub or restaurant.
- Current Approved Manager certificate and RSA required.
- Strong leadership to keep team motivated during busy periods.
- Comfortable with rostering, wages, stock control.
Responsabilités
- Assist Venue Manager to open and run the new Perth CBD venue.
- Lead shifts and run venue in Venue Manager’s absence.
- Train, coach and support Front-of-House staff.
- Deliver high standard of service from first pint to last.
- Control wages through rostering and manage stock, ordering and wastage.
- Collaborate with Head Chef and kitchen for lunch and dinner service.
- Drive sales through events, functions and partnerships.
- Ensure liquor licensing, health, safety and compliance.
