Vito's in Sydney is seeking a Late Night Pizzaiolo to own the pizza section during service, ensuring dough, toppings, and baking meet our New York–Italian standards.

You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain flow, speed, and consistency during peak late-night hours, while keeping a clean, food-safe workstation and supporting stock control. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a growing, quality-driven venue with a strong team culture.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, stretch, and cook pizzas to a high standard with consistency and speed.
• Manage the pizza section independently during late-night service.
• Maintain dough quality, fermentation, and portioning standards.
• Operate and manage pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all prep for service is completed to standard before service begins.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe workstation at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with stock control and minimise waste.
