Job summary

Sydney Brewery in Rozelle is seeking a reliable Pizza Chef to join our Brewery Restaurant. You will prepare and cook pizzas to a high standard, work with a tight-knit kitchen team, and help ensure smooth service during busy periods.

The role offers casual shifts Wednesday–Sunday, staff discounts on food and drinks, and opportunities to develop your skills within the business. You will monitor stock, assist with deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Pizza kitchen experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable and punctual, strong team player

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas to a consistently high standard
• Assist with preparation of other menu items as required
• Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering needs
• Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and presented to quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace
• Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen duties
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver great service during busy periods
