Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula invites applications for the Learning Leader - Languages (POL 2), a 3-year tenure of leadership alongside an ongoing teaching appointment.

The role focuses on high-quality teaching, curriculum leadership across language subjects, and collaboration with staff to lift student outcomes; the position reports to the Vice Principal – Learning and Teaching and works with the Educational Initiatives team.

Responsabilités

• Lead curriculum development and program design for languages to align with Padua College's Learning and Teaching Framework.
• Oversee course provision to ensure exemplary pedagogy in language studies and engage students in rigorous learning experiences.
• Collaborate with the Director of Educational Initiatives, Instructional Coaches, and Learning Leaders to strengthen staff capability and student outcomes.
• Support the Principal and College Improvement Team by administering and guiding the Learning Area effectively.
