Job summary

Translationz Pty Ltd is seeking a Client Services Coordinator in Brisbane to be the first point of contact for clients and interpreters, ensuring high-quality language services are delivered efficiently.

You will coordinate requests, manage service delivery, track KPIs, support account managers, and help build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client services, customer support, or coordination roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Multilingual candidates or those with proficiency in a second language a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from clients seeking interpreting and translation services.
• Coordinate interpreters to ensure timely service delivery by managing changes.
• Monitor shared team inboxes, prioritise inquiries, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Track and ensure KPIs are met for feedback response and resolution.
• Lead and contribute to special projects and administrative initiatives.
• Provide regular performance data and trend analysis to improve efficiency.
• Support team coordination and adapting to changing priorities.
