Job summary
Boyds Bay Maintenance Pty Ltd is seeking team members with enthusiasm and commitment to landscape and garden maintenance. You will work on quality landscapes for government, commercial and private clients across NSW Northern Rivers and the Gold Coast region.
The role requires horticulture knowledge, white card, a valid MR licence, reliable transport and the ability to report using technology. You will be part of a great team with long-term career opportunities.
Qualifications
- Horticulture knowledge and landscaping certificates preferred.
- WHS and safety knowledge required on site.
- Valid driver licence and reliable transport are essential.
Responsibilities
- Carry out landscape and garden maintenance tasks across client sites.
- Work autonomously while supporting a collaborative team.
- Report work progress using technology.

- Horticulture / landscaping certificates or equivalent
- Excellent plant and weed knowledge relating to the regions
- Construction White Card
- Current and valid Driver’s licence – MR licence an advantage
- Reliable transport
- Good working knowledge of WHS
- Chemical use certifications
- Ability to report using technology
- Ability to work autonomously
- Understanding and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to carry out all aspects of landscape and garden maintenance including soft landscaping works
- Keen eye for detail and quality
