Job summary

Lennox Lawns is seeking experienced Landscape Maintenance team members for an immediate start across Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina. Join a team-focused environment and help maintain and enhance residential and commercial grounds.

You will work in a small crew, use ride-on and push mowing, and ensure high standards of lawn and garden care. A current Australian driver’s license is required, and company car is provided for work use.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding and fertilising.
• 1–2 years landscape maintenance experience required.
• WH&S knowledge and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve lawns and gardens as part of a small team.
• Work across commercial and residential properties in Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina.
• Ensure highest standards of work and safety compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Landscape Maintenance Gardener with Lennox Lawns, you will take responsibility to work in a small team to maintain and improve the lawns and gardens of our valued customer base.

Working in both Commercial and Residential properties throughout Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina you will ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and hold a current Australian drivers license.

Provide exceptional customer service and communication with our clients to ensure their garden care needs are met.

Applicants with the following will be viewed favourably:

Demonstrated understanding of Landscape Maintenance in all aspects including mowing (both ride on and push mowing), edging, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, fertilising, general plant maintenance and green waste removal etc.

Minimum of 1-2 years of landscape maintenance experience is required.

Certificate in Horticulture, Landscaping, Parks and Gardens or equivalent (desirable)

Reliable, punctual, an eye for detail and responsible

Well presented with good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

Sound knowledge and practical application of WH&S principles and the Work Health and Safety legislation

Be physically fit and able to work outside for long periods

Full Australian driver's licence is required.

Ability to pass a National Police Check
