Our client, a landscape company operating across Sydney, is seeking Landscape Construction and Maintenance Team Members. Join skilled teams delivering high-quality landscape construction projects and read plans to construct and maintain diverse outdoor spaces.

Available roles include Tradesman, Leading Hand, Foreman, Site Supervisor and Horticulturist. Permanent and long-term opportunities provide career progression across schools, parks, commercial developments, and residential estates.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (preferred for Tradesman and above).
• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens.
• White Card (essential).
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for senior positions.
• Machinery tickets, MR/HR Licence or other relevant qualifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality commercial and residential landscape construction projects.
• Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
• Construct retaining walls, paving, concreting, edging, decking, irrigation systems, drainage and soft landscaping.
• Operate a variety of plant and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Supervise and mentor team members where applicable.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
