Job summary

Abelia Landscaping & Gardens is seeking hands-on landscapers to complete a variety of outdoor tasks at our Sunshine premises. The role involves working on diverse projects across private yards, display homes, and commercial sites, with uniform and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Good stamina and physical health to work outdoors.
• Formal qualifications preferred but not essential.
• Positive outlook with willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Well-developed time management skills.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card) required.

Job description

We are a leading landscaping company, based at our newly built premises in Sunshine, that is dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces. We have built a strong industry reputation for delivering high quality landscapes across the volume builder space, as well as extensive display home projects, all the way through to large scale commerical development projects. We work closely with our industry partners and as result of our pipeline of confirmed work already in 2027 its time to add some new faces to the team.

The Role:

You will be working to complete variety of different landscaping tasks including.

• Site dig outs and levelling
• Building garden beds and Installing edging.
• Spreading soil, mulching, planting, and irrigation
• Manually moving various products around the site
• Opportunity to lead teams for the right candidate
• General yard and site clean-ups at beginning/end of jobs

About you:

• Good stamina and physical health to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ideally some formal qualifications, although not essential
• A positive outlook with the willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Well-developed time management skills
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
