Job summary

Landscape LinkUP on the Sunshine Coast seeks an experienced full-time landscape maintenance specialist to join our Garden Maintenance team. The role includes ride-on mowing, weeding, brush cutting and spraying in a stable, year-round environment.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented and committed to long-term employment. A valid driver’s licence, own transport and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance is essential.
• Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate reliability.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to seasonal changes.
• Arborist pruning skills are advantageous.
• Knowledge of weed and plant identification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride-on mowers and perform routine mowing.
• Weeding, brush cutting, spraying and plant care.
• Collaborate within the Garden Maintenance team to ensure quality results.

Job description

Due to our increased workload, we are seeking an experienced fulltime landscape maintenance specialist. Working Monday to Friday, we provide year-round work in a stable environment.

Working within our Garden Maintenance team offers a variety of duties including but not limited to, ride on mowers, weeding, brush cutting, spraying etc.

The ideal candidates will be motivated, have a keen eye for detail and be genuinely interested in long term employment. Experience in the industry is essential.

Valid driver's licence and own transport is essential.

• Working with children (blue card)
• Must have valid ACDC ticket.
• Must have a good knowledge on weed identification and eradication
• Must have sound knowledge of plant identification
