Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with focus on quality and detail.
• Ability to work safely, follow health and safety procedures, and communicate effectively as a team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to manage time effectively.
• A current driver’s licence and ability to travel to different job sites.
• Qualifications or certifications in horticulture/landscaping are advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of local flora and plant species is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, and turf care on residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct garden maintenance such as planting, weeding, pruning, and hedge trimming.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including ride-on mowers and powered hand tools.
• Remove garden waste and debris in a safe, efficient manner.
• Apply fertilisers, pesticides, and other treatments following safety protocols.
• Assist with installation of garden beds, hardscaping features, and landscape elements.
• Maintain records of work completed and report on-site issues or damage.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard within agreed timeframes and follow health and safety regulations.
• Transport equipment and materials to job sites.

As a Landscape Maintenance Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the visual appeal of residential and commercial properties across the local area. You will work as part of our professional team, contributing to the high standards of landscaping and grounds maintenance that define our company's reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, edging, and turf care on residential and commercial properties
• Conduct garden maintenance work such as planting, weeding, pruning, and hedge trimming
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including ride-on mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Clear and remove garden waste, branches, and debris from sites in a safe and efficient manner
• Apply fertilisers, pesticides, and other treatments to lawns and gardens as directed, adhering to safety protocols
• Assist with the installation of new garden beds, hardscaping features, and landscape elements
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or damage observed on-site
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within agreed timeframesMaintain a safe working environment by following all health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
