G'day Group is seeking a hands-on Park Manager for Discovery Parks Lake Hume, Albury region. Lead day-to-day operations at a beautiful lakeside park, manage a dedicated team and drive guest satisfaction in a lifestyle location.

You will balance operational, financial and guest experience priorities, partnering with the broader G'day Group network to share resources and promote growth. A strong hospitality background and leadership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, accommodation or caravan park management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience driving revenue, occupancy and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day park operations, including after-hours when required.
• Drive revenue and occupancy through budgeting, cost control and reporting.
• Coach, develop and support team members to achieve objectives.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance at the park.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support marketing initiatives and community relations.
