  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the park, including after-hours call outs when required

  • Ensure the park is maintained to a high standard and meets all health, safety and regulatory requirements
  • Respond to guest enquiries, feedback and reviews, ensuring issues are resolved professionally and efficiently
  • Support marketing initiatives that showcase the park and its unique lakeside location
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses, community groups and key stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the wider G'day Group network, including nearby Discovery Parks, to share resources, knowledge and support where required
  • Attend to operational requirements across the park as needed, ensuring the property runs efficiently and consistently

  • Experience creating a positive and productive team culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day park operations
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to build positive relationships with guests, staff and the local community
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and after-hours when required
  • A current driver's licence

  • Service recognition awards
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Work in a lifestyle location offering the perfect balance of nature, community and regional convenience
