Job summary

Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking a hands-on civil construction labourer to join our Urban Operations Team in Rockhampton. You’ll support stormwater, drainage, concreting, operating mobile plant and road reconstruction labour tasks—no two days are the same.

• Support stormwater and drainage work on sites.
• Assist concreting tasks and road reconstructions.

• Monday to Friday, 76 hours per fortnight, 9-day fortnight
• $74,957 per annum (LGIA Stream B Level 3 + Site) + Superannuation
• Location – Rockhampton

As a key member of the Urban Operations Team, you’ll be right in the heart of the action – supporting a variety of civil construction projects that help shape and improve our region. You’ll take on tasks such as stormwater and drainage work, concreting, operating mobile plant, spotting machinery, and general labouring during road reconstructions – No two days are the same!

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
