Xtreme Clean in Maroochydore, Queensland is seeking motivated Labourers to join our growing team in a hands-on role with a clear pathway to restore industry Technician through full training.

No restoration experience? No problem. We value reliability, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn as you progress from Labourer to Restoration Technician with ongoing development and support from our national business.

Qualifications

• Prev labouring or construction experience preferred but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Reliable, punctual with a positive attitude.
• Current driver’s licence preferred and White Card.
• Willingness to learn and develop a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Restoration Technicians on site.
• Loading, unloading and moving equipment and materials.
• Assisting with demolition, cleaning and restoration works.
• Setting up and packing down specialised equipment.
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
• Providing excellent customer service on site.
• Supporting emergency response and restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Restoration Technicians on site
• Loading, unloading and moving equipment and materials
• Assisting with demolition, cleaning and restoration works
• Setting up and packing down specialised equipment
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
• Providing excellent customer service while on site
• Supporting emergency response and restoration projects as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous labouring, construction, trades assistant, landscaping, removals or cleaning experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop a long‑term career
• Current driver’s licence preferred
• White Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to participate in occasional after‑hours and weekend work when required
