Xtreme Clean, part of Ambrose Construct Group, seeks an experienced Restoration Technician to lead restoration projects across residential and commercial properties in Australia. You will perform moisture mapping, drying, mould remediation, and fire restoration while coordinating with insurers and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Attend and manage restoration projects from assessment to completion.
• Perform emergency make-safe works to mitigate further damage.
• Conduct moisture mapping, drying, mould remediation and fire restoration tasks.
• Prepare damage assessments, reports and restoration scopes.
• Operate and monitor restoration equipment.
• Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, builders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Support catastrophe response events and travel when required.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend rosters.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and manage restoration projects from initial assessment through to completion.


• Perform emergency make-safe works to mitigate further property damage.


• Conduct moisture mapping, structural drying, mould remediation and fire restoration works.


• Prepare detailed damage assessments, reports and restoration scopes.


• Operate and monitor specialised restoration equipment.


• Liaise professionally with insurers, loss adjusters, builders and clients.


• Ensure all works comply with company procedures and health and safety requirements.


• Support catastrophe response events, including occasional travel when required.


• Participate in after-hours and weekend rosters.

About You

• Previous experience in restoration, insurance repairs, building remediation, specialised cleaning, or a related industry.


• Sound knowledge of water, fire and mould restoration practices.


• Experience using restoration equipment and moisture detection tools is highly desirable.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.


• Willingness to participate in after-hours and catastrophe response work.


• Current Driver's Licence.


• White Card.


• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
