Job summary

Xtreme Clean is seeking motivated Labourers to join our growing team on the Gold Coast. This hands‑on role offers a clear pathway to progress into a Restoration Technician through full training and ongoing development.

No restoration experience is required, just reliability and a positive attitude. You’ll assist Restoration Technicians on site, handle equipment, support demolition and cleaning, and help maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• No restoration experience required; training provided.
• Previous labouring/construction experience valued but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
• Current driver’s license preferred; White Card or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Restoration Technicians on site.
• Loading, unloading and moving equipment and materials.
• Assisting with demolition, cleaning and restoration works.
• Setting up and packing down specialised equipment.
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
• Providing excellent customer service on site.
• Supporting emergency response and restoration projects as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Restoration Technicians on site
• Loading, unloading and moving equipment and materials

• Supporting emergency response and restoration projects as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous labouring, construction, trades assistant, landscaping, removals or cleaning experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop a long‑term career
• Current driver’s licence preferred
• White Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to participate in occasional after‑hours and weekend work when required
