Mackay Regional Council is seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer (Level 3 Stream B) to join our Civil Operations within the Infrastructure & Operations team. This role supports maintenance of civil infrastructure and contributes to safe, high-quality community services.

You will perform general labouring duties across road, drainage, footpath and related works, operate tools, and work with licensed plant and traffic management as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in labouring, civil construction, maintenance, or a related field.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Mackay Regional Council are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer (Level 3 Stream B) to join our Infrastructure & Operations team within Civil Operations.
