Job summary

Steamatic North Queensland is hiring a Labourer in Mackay for a full-time entry-level role. No prior experience required; training will be provided to become a Water, Fire & Mould Restoration Technician. You’ll work hands-on cleaning up after floods, fires and mould, with a supportive team and opportunities to learn and grow.

You’ll use dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and basic job-report apps on an iPad. A driver’s licence and a strong attitude are essential, along with the right to work in

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg.
• Good attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and basic tech skills for using job apps.
• Willingness to learn and follow training.
• Police check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• White Card or able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Learn from a supportive crew.
