Job summary

Stockland Halcyon is seeking a reliable Labourer to join the Residential Construction team on a full-time, permanent basis. Working on site every day, you will help maintain presentation standards and support site operations to ensure homes are ready for construction activities.

You will focus on safety, organisation, and collaboration with the Site Supervisor, subcontractors, and home buyers to deliver high-quality communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a residential or commercial construction environment.
• Understand site safety requirements and safe work practices.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Strong communication with supervisors, subcontractors and home buyers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties including site cleaning and rubbish removal.
• Prepare and clean construction sites and completed homes to standards.
• Receive deliveries and move materials and equipment on site.
• Support day-to-day site operations and off-site tasks as needed.
• Complete scheduled office cleans and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Follow WHS legislation and Stockland policies to support safety culture.

This hands-on role supports our Residential Construction team to deliver safe, high-quality communities. Working on site every day, you'll help maintain presentation standards, support site operations, and contribute to a positive experience for home buyers, subcontractors and internal teams.

We're Looking For…

A reliable, safety focused Labourer who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised construction site. Working closely with the Site Supervisor and construction team, you'll play a key role in supporting day to day site operations and ensuring sites remain safe, presentable and ready for construction activities.

What You'll Do

• Carry out general labouring duties including site cleaning, road clearance, rubbish removal and material management.


• Prepare and clean construction sites and completed homes to meet quality and presentation standards.


• Receive supplier deliveries and assist with the movement of materials and equipment across site.


• Support general site operations and assist with off site tasks when required.


• Complete scheduled office cleans and help maintain a tidy, professional work environment.


• Follow WHS legislation, site requirements and Stockland policies to support a strong safety culture.
