Job summary

Stockland is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join our Land Lease Communities team in Victoria. The role focuses on Halcyon Horizon, coordinating a diverse range of stakeholders and driving development activities to keep projects progressing.

You will work with Development, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Community and Home Specialist teams to deliver quality homes, nurture prospective buyers and create positive experiences for homeowners and the broader community.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development and readiness to operate at Assistant Development Manager level.
• Exposure to residential built form, sales and marketing.
• Experience supporting project feasibilities, financial updates, planning, approvals or delivery activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in property development or related discipline, plus a current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day development activities and maintain momentum across the project.
• Prepare and update project feasibilities, forecasts and financial reporting within a capital partnership structure.
• Support delivery with Project Management team and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on market initiatives, community events and sales outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with consultants, delivery partners, prospective buyers, homeowners and community stakeholders.

An experienced Assistant Development Manager who is ready to take greater ownership of a project and confidently coordinate a diverse range of stakeholders.

You’ll bring development experience, natural leadership capability, and the confidence to keep projects moving. You will communicate clearly, build trust and take initiative.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with Development, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Community and Home Specialist teams to deliver quality homes, nurture prospective buyers and create positive experiences for homeowners and the broader community.

You will:

• In time, take ownership of day to day development activities and help maintain momentum across the project
