Davina Homes in Sydney is seeking a motivated General Labourer / All-Rounder to join our site team. This hands-on role covers residential building sites, assisting trades, and ensuring projects run smoothly. You will work across sites, with a supportive team and potential growth, learning from experienced supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' labouring or construction site experience.
• Current driver's licence.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and safety conscious.
• White Card highly regarded.
• Must have valid Australian work rights or authorisation.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer / All-Rounder to join our site team. This is a hands-on role working across residential building sites, assisting trades, and ensuring projects run smoothly.

• Loading and unloading materials
• Basic use of tools and equipment
• Following site safety procedures
• Supporting supervisors to meet project timelines

Requirements
