Job summary

Ascot Group is seeking a Labourer to support our site teams in delivering projects safely and efficiently. You will contribute to daily site activity and help trades stay focused on their tasks.

This role offers a permanent position, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to grow within construction and work alongside experienced site teams. A supportive team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in labouring and some light demolition.
• MR/LR/HR licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Current White Card.
• Reliable, proactive and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Rubbish removal and maintaining clean, organised sites.
• General labouring and light demolition works.
• Supporting trades across active projects.
• Assisting with site logistics and coordination.
• Ensuring materials, tools and site conditions are set up for efficient delivery.

Your Role in Project Delivery

As a Labourer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is about enabling projects to run well. Working closely with our delivery teams, you’ll contribute to the day-to-day flow of site activity and help ensure trades can focus on what they do best.

You’ll be involved in:

• Rubbish removal and maintaining clean, organised sites
• General labouring and light demolition works
• Supporting trades across active projects
• Assisting with site logistics and coordination
• Ensuring materials, tools and site conditions are set up for efficient delivery

You’ll gain exposure to how projects operate on-site and how strong support roles contribute to successful outcomes.
