Job summary

Stockland Halcyon is seeking a full-time permanent Labourer to join the Residential Construction team on the Halcyon Providence site in Queensland. You will work on-site daily, supporting operations and maintaining presentation standards for home buyers, subcontractors and internal teams.

We value hands-on, safety-conscious individuals who can use basic hand tools, cooperate with supervisors, and contribute to tidy, well-run construction sites across a busy development.

Qualifications

• Residential or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures on site.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Good communication with site teams and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties including site cleaning and material handling.
• Prepare and maintain clean construction sites and completed homes.
• Receive deliveries and assist with movement of materials and equipment.
• Support site operations and assist with off-site tasks as needed.
• Complete routine site cleanliness to keep a professional work environment.
• Follow WHS legislation and Stockland safety policies on site.

This hands‑on role supports our Residential Construction team to deliver safe, high‑quality communities. Working on site every day, you'll help maintain presentation standards, support site operations, and contribute to a positive experience for home buyers, subcontractors and internal teams.

We're Looking For…

A reliable, safety focused Labourer who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised construction site. Working closely with the Site Supervisor and construction team, you'll play a key role in supporting day to day site operations and ensuring sites remain safe, presentable and ready for construction activities.

What You'll Do

• Carry out general labouring duties including site cleaning, road clearance, rubbish removal and material management.
• Prepare and clean construction sites and completed homes to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Receive supplier deliveries and assist with the movement of materials and equipment across site.
• Support general site operations and assist with off site tasks when required.
• Complete scheduled office cleans and help maintain a tidy, professional work environment.
• Follow WHS legislation, site requirements and Stockland policies to support a strong safety culture.

• Experience working within a residential or commercial construction environment is highly regarded.
