Job summary

EML is seeking a Laboratory Technical Consultant for Australia to support customers and partners, design connectivity solutions, and provide advanced post‑live guidance to maximize the value of Data Innovations software. The role requires strong communication skills, experience with laboratory information systems, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure successful service implementations, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and deliver

Qualifications

Minimum associate's degree in business management, computer science or related field with 3+ years of experience OR 5+ years in service implementations, technical services, project management or clinical labs.
Experience with laboratory information software, IVD instrumentation and lab workflows is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation and educational training abilities.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer requests and support tickets promptly and professionally.
Log and manage support calls in the CRM system; handle unassigned tickets via multiple channels.
Design and implement connectivity solutions for customers and partners using Data Innovations software.
Provide advanced level support from pre-implementation to post-live support to maximize software value.
Deliver training and education on the company's products to customers and partners.
