Job summary

Verathon Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technical Consultant to support customers in Australia. The role focuses on resolving requests, logging calls in CRM, and designing connectivity solutions for clients using Data innovations software.

Responsibilities include delivering advanced post-live support, providing training, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with other departments to ensure readiness for new releases. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

Minimum associate's degree in business management or computer science and at least 3 years of related working experience OR at least 5 years related working experience with service implementations, technical services, project management or clinical laboratories.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer requests and support tickets in a polite and timely manner.
Log support calls into CRM and manage unassigned tickets.
Design and implement connectivity solutions for customers and partners.
Provide advanced support and guidance from pre-implementation to post-live support.
Deliver training and education on the company's products and solutions.
Maintain knowledge of product releases and features.
Demonstrate products to customers and participate in tradeshows and events.
