Job summary

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is actively seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for our Nuriootpa packaging operations. You will perform microbiological testing, run line audits, and help ensure regulatory and certification compliance to maintain product quality.

You will maintain QA records, support investigations, and work with cross‑functional teams to drive Quality Right First Time across our production lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory, microbiology, food manufacturing, packaging, or quality environment.
• Knowledge of QA systems and microbiological testing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiological testing on finished products and process samples.
• Conduct line audits to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Support food safety, quality management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain QA records, calibration schedules, and process documentation.
• Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and non-conformance tracking.
• Support quality trials, packaging component assessments, and production changeovers.
• Coordinate process control sampling and hygiene testing activities.
• Contribute to internal and external audit preparation and follow-up activities.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote Quality Right First Time.

About the Role
