Job summary

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is seeking an Outsource Wine Network Coordinator to support administration and coordination across production and storage sites. The role ensures inventory accuracy, wine record integrity, and compliance throughout multiple sites, working with internal teams and external winery partners.

You will help manage stock traceability, export readiness, and align with production planning while identifying process improvements and risk controls in a fast-paced winery

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, inventory control, logistics, or compliance coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administration of outsourced wine network and partners.
  • Maintain accurate wine inventory records and stock traceability.
  • Manage compliance documents, declarations and export readiness.
  • Support production planning, bulk movements, and bottling coordination.
  • Collaborate with winemaking, supply, finance, quality and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.

About The Role

As the Outsource Wine Network Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration and coordination of TWE's outsourced wine network. Working closely with internal teams and external winery partners, you will ensure inventory accuracy, wine record integrity, compliance documentation and operational support across multiple production and storage sites.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Coordinating the day-to-day administration of TWE's outsourced wine network and third-party production partners.
  • Maintaining accurate wine inventory records, reconciliations and stock traceability across multiple locations.
  • Managing compliance documentation, wine records, declarations and export readiness requirements.
  • Supporting production planning, bulk wine movements, storage activities and bottling coordination.
  • Collaborating with winemaking, supply, finance, quality and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement while proactively managing inventory, compliance and documentation risks.

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You enjoy working with systems, data and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.

To Be Successful, You Will Bring
  • Experience in administration, inventory control, logistics, supply chain, production support or compliance coordination.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with inventory management or ERP systems, ideally within a manufacturing, winery, food and beverage or supply chain environment.
  • Experience in wine industry operations or wine records administration will be highly regarded.
