Job summary

Charter Diligence is seeking a practical Laboratory Operations Support Officer to assist with relocating lab services from West Ryde to North Ryde. The role is entry–level, focusing on relocation, logistics and facilities tasks within a busy transition project.

Hours are 38 per week, on-site, with a contract through 31 January 2027. Start ASAP, with a rate of $45–$50 per hour plus super and mandatory pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years' relevant experience in operational, warehouse or logistics environments.
• Australian driver's licence and ability to travel between sites.
• White Card advantageous and compliance checks completed.

Responsibilities

• Support the transition team with day-to-day laboratory relocation activities.
• Follow instructions from the Operations Manager and Transition Team.
• Prepare and set up laboratory workspaces for relocation.
• Unpack, organise and distribute supplies and equipment as directed.
• Coordinate and greet contractors arriving on site and manage access.
• Log and expiate issues identified during the transition.
• Assist with stock, boxes and general warehouse-style activities.
