Atturra is seeking a Scientific Sales Support Specialist to join our Australian laboratory technology business. You will support customers, suppliers and the external sales team, delivering quotes, processing orders, and providing technical product knowledge across a diverse range of scientific instruments.

• Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in laboratory, scientific support, internal sales or customer-facing scientific role.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM, ERP or order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare and manage quotations for scientific equipment, consumables and spare parts.
• Process customer orders and provide updates on stock availability and lead times.
• Support the external sales team with product enquiries and account management activities.
• Qualify inbound opportunities and identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, logistics teams and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver high-quality service and technical support to laboratory customers.
