Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Lab Architect for the Starlink Enterprise Sales team, based in Redmond, WA. The role focuses on integrating Starlink with global network vendors and developing joint value propositions for customers and channels.

You will work with engineering, marketing, and sales to onboard solutions, support technical engagements, and represent Starlink at events. Some travel and extended hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or 3+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience in technical sales.
• 3+ years of professional hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive Starlink’s integration engagements with 3rd party networking vendors with guidance from Architecture team.
• Collaborate to develop joint value propositions and technical solution guides for customers and internal teams.
• Onboard completed solutions into Starlink’s internal test environments.
• Support technical sales engagements and answer customer questions on 3rd party integrations.
• Partner with Marketing, Licensing, Government Affairs, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams.
• Consult with product engineering on best practices and reference architectures.
• Represent Starlink at conferences and events.
