Job summary

The Recruitment Alternative in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs invites a Senior Solutions Specialist to lead design and delivery of cloud, infrastructure, and modern workplace solutions. You will drive pre‑sales engagements, mentor delivery teams, and oversee end‑to‑end projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, and security stacks.

You will collaborate with architects, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and commercially viable outcomes, with a hybrid work model to balance project

Qualifications

• Senior MSP consulting or delivery experience required.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise essential.
• End-to-end infrastructure and cloud project delivery capability.
• Solid endpoint management and security background needed.
• Excellent documentation and client communication skills.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution design and discovery.
• Ability to scope projects and ensure clean handovers.

You’ll play a key role in both pre‑sales solution design and hands‑on project delivery, working across a wide variety of Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, endpoint, networking, and security technologies.

This is a senior, client-facing role suited to someone who combines strong technical depth with commercial awareness, communication skills, and the ability to lead projects from discovery through to successful handover.

The Opportunity
As the Solutions Specialist, you will:

• Design and deliver complex cloud and infrastructure solutions
• Lead technical discovery workshops and client engagements
• Scope, estimate, and contribute to Statements of Work (SoWs)
• Deliver Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and migration projects
• Support pre‑sales activities with technical expertise and architecture guidance
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered cleanly, securely, and with strong operational handover documentation

You’ll work closely with architects, delivery teams, operations, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and commercially viable.

• Strong endpoint management and security experience
• Excellent documentation and client communication skills
• Experience in pre‑sales, solution design, and technical discovery
• Strong understanding of operational supportability and structured handover processes
• Commercial awareness and the ability to scope projects accurately
