Job summary

The Royal Flying Doctor Service SA/NT is seeking an experienced Change Specialist to join the TEMRS project team in Darwin. You will provide expert change management advice, support workforce readiness, stakeholder engagement and effective adoption of new ways of working across the organisation.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will conduct change impacts, readiness and risk assessments, coordinate change control, and craft communications and engagement activities to support successful

Qualifications

• Experience delivering organisational change initiatives in complex environments.
• Change impact and readiness assessments and change management plans.
• Experience supporting workforce transitions, service transformations or large-scale changes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
• Experience with project teams, vendors and external partners.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
• Analytical ability to identify risks and propose practical solutions.
• Experience facilitating consultation, engagement and feedback activities.
• Proficient with project management and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of RFDS SA/NT operations to support change delivery.
• Partner with the project team to support TEMRS change delivery.
• Conduct change impacts, readiness and risk assessments with practical mitigations.
• Coordinate change control processes, approvals and governance requirements.
• Ensure changes are reflected in project plans and documentation.
• Integrate change activities into overall delivery plans.
• Prepare change reports and provide progress updates on risks and adoption.
• Manage priorities, timelines and stakeholder expectations within governance.
• Deliver communications and engagement activities to support adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder consultation and engagement to support planning.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Engage stakeholders to understand needs, impacts and feedback.
• Support leaders to communicate and guide teams through change.
• Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement forums, workshops and briefings.
