Bundaberg Regional Council seeks a Learning and Development Advisor to help build a capable, connected and engaged workforce. You will develop and coordinate learning, leadership and organisational development initiatives that support growth and organisational success.

The role involves stakeholder collaboration and creating practical resources to improve employee experience. You will contribute to onboarding, culture, and continuous improvement within a supportive People, Safety and Culture

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs, workshops or workforce initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to develop learning resources, communications, guides and reports that are practical and user-friendly.
• Strong administrative and systems skills, including maintaining records and supporting reporting.
• Collaborative and proactive approach with interest in employee development and continuous improvement.
