Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting seeks a KYC Onboarding specialist to join the Institutional Trading Counterparties function. You will work closely with Trading, Compliance, Legal and Finance to ensure compliant onboarding across APAC jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in KYC/onboarding in capital markets, strong regulatory awareness, and excellent communication.

Salary is flexible depending on experience; a competitive package is offered in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in KYC/onboarding within a financial institution (capital markets or trading environments).
• Strong AML/CFT regulatory knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret AML regulations and apply internal policies to assess counterparties.
• Own the firm's KYC and counterparty onboarding processes end-to-end.
• Conduct due diligence, adverse media reviews, and sanctions screening.
