Anton Murray Consulting seeks a KYC Account Maintenance Analyst for a 12-month contract. The role supports KYC reviews, CIP, EDD, and client lifecycle activities across different risk levels, working with Sales, Compliance, and Global Financial Crimes to ensure alignment with global standards and local requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, strong knowledge of KYC/AML, and experience with ownership structures, Source of Wealth and Source of Funds, plus excellent

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of KYC, CIP, AML/CTF requirements and client documentation.
• Experience reviewing ownership structures, trigger events, Source of Wealth and Source of Funds.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations and industry best practice.
• Previous experience in KYC, client onboarding, periodic reviews, event-driven reviews or client lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support operational processes relating to KYC reviews and account maintenance across all client risk levels.
• Conduct CIP, KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
• Review PEPs and assess risk triggers.
• Review and validate client and Sales documentation for completeness and consistency.
• Assess information impacting ML/TF risk, including Source of Wealth and Source of Funds.
• Complete periodic and event-driven reviews per internal policies.
• Maintain documentation and approval records in internal systems.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and ensure timely reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales to provide KYC and AML/CTF guidance.
• Respond to queries from Sales, Global Financial Crimes, Compliance Testing and Audit teams.
