Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a KYC Data consultant in Australia for an initial 12-month contract in the client account management team. The role focuses on maintaining KYC documentation, reviewing client system access requests, data remediation, and supporting regulatory compliance across Australia and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Review and process client system access requests and perform data consistency checks.
• Ensure controls are followed and operations comply with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support Advisors and Client Service Associates with system-related queries and troubleshooting.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Support user acceptance testing for rollout of enhancements.
• Assist with defining local requirements, updating procedures, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with APAC stakeholders on processes and project coordination.
• Maintain project plans and governance activities.
• Assist with archiving and document scanning tasks.

Our client is a leading Wealth Management firm seeking a KYC Data consultant for an initial 12 month contractwith the view to extend

Thisposition lies with the client account management team, a team responsible for ensuring that Know Your Client (KYC) documentation throughout the client lifecycle is maintained and complies with the firm’s global standards, as well as any additional local regulatory requirements. This role supports the Account Management team in Australia in reviewing client system access requests, ongoing maintenance and data remediation activities, and troubleshooting support

Key Accountabilities

• Review and process client system access requests, and perform data consistency checks across firm client data systems.
• Ensure appropriate controls are followed and operational processes are completed in compliance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support Advisors and Client Service Associates in addressing system-related queries and take ownership of troubleshooting issues.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Support user acceptance testing to facilitate the rollout of enhancements.
• Assist AMT in defining local requirements, documenting procedure updates, and facilitating platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across APAC on processes and project coordination.
• Support the maintenance of project plans and governance activities.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks such as archiving and document scanning.

Key Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education or experience – degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking is a plus.
• At least 3 year’s professional experience in the Banking sector – candidates with less experience may be considered.
