Job summary

Rabobank Australia is seeking a KYC Analyst – Business Support in Sydney. The role focuses on first-line KYC/CDD activities, maintaining client records, and supporting front-line staff with due diligence processes within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong CDD experience, AML/CTF knowledge, and excellent communication skills to operate across multiple banking activities in a dynamic environment. This is a hybrid, full-time position supporting local clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Due Diligence experience in financial services.
• Basic understanding of AML/CTF legislation and related codes.
• At least 1 year contact centre experience with strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.
• Experience across multiple activities in fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing KYC assessment for Country Banking clients.
• Coordinate with Financial Crime Operations to handover risk assessments.
• Contact clients via call and email to gather KYC requirements.
• Maintain client records and update reporting systems.
• Support frontline staff with CDD requirements and coaching.
