Job summary

Rabobank Australia is seeking a KYC Analyst - Business Support to efficiently handle first-line responsibilities in KYC/CDD activities for Country Banking clients. You will collaborate with the Financial Crime Operations team to ensure effective risk assessments and maintain accurate client data across systems.

The role requires strong KYC/AML knowledge, solid communication skills, and experience in fast-paced banking environments.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Due Diligence experience in the financial industry, specifically KYC & Financial Crime Operations.
• A general understanding of AML/CTF legislation, Code of Banking Practice & FATCA.
• A minimum 1 year contact centre experience and customer-service oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working across multiple activities in a fast paced, dynamic, & collaborative environment.
• Service experience gained within banking and/or business or corporate banking as an Analyst or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing KYC assessment for Country Banking clients.
• Collaborate with Financial Crime Compliance Operations, Financial Crime Compliance, Risk & Compliance to ensure optimal outcomes with a focus on CDD & AML/CTF.
• Work with the Financial Economic Crime Operations team to ensure effective handovers for risk assessment components.
• Outreach via calls and emails to Country Banking Australia clients for KYC requirements.
• Complete client maintenance for CDD clients.
• Assist front line staff in completing CDD requirements by providing trainings and coaching.
• Navigate through systems for CDD reviews, update SharePoint and reporting systems as directed.
• Support businesses in managing risk by aligning to standardized customer due diligence processes.
• Support other teams in end-to-end processes and other business support activities.
