Rabobank Australia is seeking a KYC Analyst – Business Support to efficiently perform KYC duties for Country Banking clients. The role involves handling risk assessments, maintaining CDD records, and collaborating with Compliance teams to ensure accurate AML/CTF adherence.

A minimum focus on customer service and strong communication is required. You will engage with frontline staff, manage multiple systems, and support end-to-end processes while contributing to a compliant, risk-aware banking

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Due Diligence experience in the financial industry (KYC & Financial Crime Operations).
• Understanding of AML/CTF legislation and related codes of practice.
• Minimum 1 year contact centre experience with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience across multiple activities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Banking/Business or Corporate banking experience as an Analyst (Agribusiness exposure preferred).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
