Zusammenfassung

Leidos Australia is seeking a Kubernetes Administrator to design, operate and sustain mission-critical Kubernetes platforms in a secure environment. You’ll contribute to reliability, performance and automation, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to deliver resilient services for defence and national security projects.

You will build and maintain monitoring, logging and deployment automation, participate in incident response and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Kubernetes Administrator, SRE or similar role in production.
• Linux/UNIX administration with performance and troubleshooting skills.
• Automation scripting using Python/Go/Bash or similar.
• Experience with IaC and configuration tools (Ansible/Terraform/Puppet/Chef).
• Monitoring/observability practices and incident handling capability.
• Experience with cloud and virtualised environments (VMware/AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (Jenkins/GitLab CI).
• Ability to investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.

Aufgaben

• Maintain on-premises Kubernetes infrastructure and systems.
• Provide Level 2/3 incident response and root cause analysis.
• Develop monitoring, logging and performance metrics.
• Improve automation and infrastructure-as-code practices across environments.
